Our Approach

We take a risk-based approach with proactive and preventative programs to deliver safe, secure, and sustainable operations. We identify, mitigate, and control HSE hazards and associated risks, along with possible impacts, prior to commencing work and we aim to stop any unsafe acts before they happen. Every employee is responsible and empowered to actively observe, intervene, and report unsafe conditions and behaviors immediately. We drive continuous improvement through our programs and training.

We have established a stringent set of standards to meet or exceed global regulatory requirements. We identify, understand, and ensure compliance with relevant legislative, regulatory, internal, customer, and industry requirements.
