1. Participation in Paloma’s DOT drug testing program consisting of pre-employment, random, post incident, and reasonable suspicion drug and alcohol testing.

2. Paloma’s and our clients’ prescription and OTC medication, and nutritional supplements policy and procedures.

3. Participation in Paloma’s Background Check Program, including pre-employment background and motor vehicle record verification, and periodically checked thereafter.

4. Participation in Paloma’s training requirements, both in-person and online training.

5. Participation in Paloma’s performance and fit for duty assessments, both before and after your job assignment.

6. If our customers pay overtime for an assignment, we then pay you overtime, but most clients don't. We pay you like we get paid, which is mostly straight pay hourly, unless a customer prefers a day rate.

7. An online video conference interview, which may or may not be followed by an in person meeting.

8. Regular use of ISN’s Empower app to check your training status and clearance to go offshore.
