Paloma Energy Consultants is a privately owned company that was founded in December 2000 by Gary Gonzalez and Tracy Lirette. Gary and Tracy each have extensive offshore engineering, fabricating, and project management experience. This experience provides the basis for understanding each step of the project from design to fabrication to installation to completion. With this understanding Paloma builds client-friendly contracts that enable us to get the project completed to specifications on time and on budget.

Chris Mikulenka
Project Manager
20 years experience. Plans, coordinates, and implements projects specifically relating to engineering designs and functions. Experience as construction superintendent responsible for supervising all contractors and activities on site for residential construction projects.
Chris Kruppa
Project Manager
28 years experience managing offshore projects including platform fabrication, facility fabrication, platform and pipeline installations, and abandonments.
Mark Yohe
Project Manager
32 years experience. Performs all aspects involved with the budgeting, planning, coordination, and management of projects for the fabrication, installation, maintenance, removal, and transportation of offshore pipelines and platforms for various oil and gas companies.
